I was the lead UI/UX Designer for my junior workshop project “Shuffle”. In this role I was responsible for delivering wireframes and prototypes, as well as the branding. As I received notes on user feedback from our UX Research team, the designs were iterated and built upon by finding creative solutions for our user’s needs.

Shuffle is a friendship finding app targeted to connect those with similar music tastes by allowing users to use their Spotify data to create their profiles, giving an accurate depiction of one’s music tastes.

I was the Project manager for my senior project. Using Next.js, MongoDB and three.js, our team created a mobile friendly web application that allowed users to create custom 3D planets and add them to a collaborative solar system projected in front of them in real time. Additional pages of the web app included a planet codex where users used a Logitech Joystick to scroll through the database of planets, as well as a Mission Control center where new planets appeared as they were created. In addition to project management, I also contributed to the user experience research and application of observations into our user interface designs.

Orbital is a covid-safe interactive art installation allowing for the collaboration of visitors to manipulate and create a one-of-a-kind galaxy in real time.
